Organizational Structure

The organization is run on completely voluntarily basis and none of the employees in the organization are paid. The organization is headed by a board of directors who are fully tasked with the facilitation of the programme at all levels of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, budgeting, public relations and even personnel management. Accordingly, the Board of Directors appoints a Chief Executive Officer who reports to the Board of Directors as well as submitting narrative reports to the project funders. Together with the Living Positive Program board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer is tasked with soliciting of funds of the various activities within the programme. Within the corpus of Living Positive Program personnel, there are designed duties for each, ranging from administration, social work, to support staff.
